New Platform Updates, Enabling Experts & Client Orgs to More Seamlessly Connect on Industry Projects

It’s an exciting day today at Inlightened as we announce various new platform updates, further facilitating business-driving connections between our experts and client organizations. Today’s new updates allow for faster, more targeted insights between experts and clients in life sciences, biotech venture capital, private equity and emerging companies. These updates come as we onboard thousands of new experts to the platform, significantly broadening the spectrum of specialties and expertise available to companies advancing healthcare innovation and ensuring access to even more highly-qualified industry professionals.

New platform updates will help to foster faster and more precise expert connections and include:

  • Profile updates by experts – With the new updates, experts have the ability to edit and update their profiles, ensuring their latest skills and qualifications are on display and current. Inlightened’s team of engagement specialists still vets every adjustment to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Updated taxonomy – The platform’s taxonomy has been updated to have all concentrations and specialties aligned with the American Medical Association (AMA). This update makes it far easier for companies to find the perfect expert for their projects with precision and ease.
  • Auto-matching – With the new updates, whenever a new project is created, the Inlightened system will automatically recommend experts whose profile content matches a client’s criteria. This means reduced search times and a sharper focus on expertise aligned with project goals.
  • Bulk pay simplified – Companies can now streamline workflows with the platform’s new Bulk Pay feature. Once engagements are complete, clients can swiftly compensate multiple experts with a single action, instead of processing each payment individually.
  • Expert fees eliminated – Inlightened is committed to providing unparalleled value to industry experts, and will no longer charge a fee for participating in the network.

“At Inlightened, we’re always trying to think about how we can more effectively and efficiently support our clients’ projects with quality connections at the forefront,” said Shelli Pavone, Inlightened co-founder and president. “For those connections to happen, a lot of the work in enabling them takes place through technology. These updates to our platform will allow experts and client organizations to match more quickly and seamlessly, based on need and expertise, and break down the bottleneck in healthcare innovation.”

For all of our experts and client orgs, we’d love to know what you think about our latest updates. And as always, we welcome any feedback to incorporate in future updates.
