We have a software platform that handles search, contracting, scheduling, and payment so that experts and innovators can focus on the task at hand: Impacting healthcare for the better.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
Inlightened client companies sign up for subscriptions to leverage the platform on a self-serve model, or work with us on a concierge basis. They range from digital health and medtech startups, to investors and large pharmaceutical companies. Engagements range from surveys and one-off hour-long phone calls to long-term projects where experts and companies engage for an extended period of time. Use cases vary as well. Experts have provided insight into clinical applications, user experience, and design, physician workflows, thought leadership, and more.
HOW IT WORKS
Experts on our platform set their own hourly rates (Inlightened takes 15% of each engagement) and specify if they are open to offers. They also have the flexibility to accept, revise, or decline any project offers, depending on availability and interest in the project. Experts and companies can message back and forth, negotiate scheduling, rates, etc. and there is no commitment until an engagement has been accepted.
THE EXPECTATIONS
We set the expectation that experts will respond to company requests within 24 hours, even if just to ask for more time to consider the opportunity at hand. All Inlightened experts are subject to background checks, and will have a robust biography and profile built (for their approval) to represent their passions, strengths, and areas of expertise.
